Twenty Minute Buns

"Very short and easy. Nothing is higher than fresh hamburger buns. This is a completely sticky dough that calls for very little kneading."

  • 2 tablespoons fast-rising yeast
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups heat water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions :

  • In a huge blending bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
  • Add oil, 2 cups of flour and the salt; stir properly to mix. Add the ultimate flour, half of cup at a time, stirring properly after every addition. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead till clean and elastic, about 8 minutes. Lightly oil a massive bowl, region the dough within the bowl and flip to coat with oil.
